After reviewing the problem I narrowed it down to 2 things that could be wrong. I called the Appliance Parts Pros and talked to a tech. She said it was the oven control board so I ordered one. Sure enough that was the problem. The oven works fine now and it took me less then 1 hr to fix. I could access the control board from the front, just had to be careful and get the wiring back on the way it came off. The tech told me to take a picture of the wiring before I disconnected, That was great advice.
