I Googled the repair part and came up with ApplianceParts.com. Did a search, found the part and its proper name. I watched the video on the repair and placed the order. Within 3 days I had the part, followed the video example and corrected the problem. Simple. The only problem is that I have had to replace this same part twice in as many years now on the same side of the machine.
