Heidi M Westfield Center , OH November 12, 2016 Broken glass on Jennair cooktop. Was able to easily find the replacement part; ordered it and received it within two days. The replacement was more complicated than I anticipated so I had the local appliance shop send a repairman to make the exchange. It was going to require disconnecting the electric source (not just turning off the breaker) in order to lift out the cooktop. The replacement was simple enough and your website had a great video explaining the process.
