We had a drain problem and hired an appliance repair person to come and check our dishwasher. The person pulled out our dishwasher and overstretched the hose causing it to tear. He claims that was the issue but it was not. Needless to say we were not going to go through them as it was ridiculously priced to change the hose. So we ordered the hose and that was not the issue with our drain. It was a clogged "drain in" hose that had a piece stuck between it and the pump. My husband fixed that and all good now.
