I followed most directions found on this web site which was very helpful. Removed the 3 screws holding dace plate. I taped it to front of frig so as not to damage the wiring. Removed 3 screws holding the unit in place. Unplug wire connector on left side. It has a small clip. I removed the screws on the broken chute and replaced with the new one. Use a magnetic screw driver or have a magnet handy. Adjust the chute and rubber flap and replace the screws. It is very tight but I did not remove the water hose as suggested. Looked like it would have been very hard to remove it and it was not necessary. Installed unit back in place and connected wire plug. Replaced 3 screws. Replaced front cover and 3 screws. Works great. Replacement part looked and performed as original. Part arrived within 2 days so unit was not out of service very long. Make sure when you call for parts you have the entire model number. The loose paper with the booklet is not the entire number. It is inside the refrigerator.
