Called in with refrigerator model and serial numbers and customer service rep identified parts needed in only a couple of minutes. Correct parts arrived a day earlier than promised and found helpful YouTube video showing proper order of removing old broken parts. It took longer to clean the refrigerator now that I had to remove everything than it took to install the new parts.
