I ran their YouTube video on my iPad as I made the repair, and it was invaluable. I never would have been able to make the repairs using the crummy instructions that Whirlpool included with the repair parts. Everything is in and works great. One suggestion -- use rubbing alcohol to clean off the underside of the ice compartment where you stick on the new bracket.
