I tested some of the normal things that I could for continuity. That eliminated the Thermal Fuse but because I didn't have a hot plate or way to determine the temperature of the Cycling Thermostat or Thermal Cut-Off parts (I had verified their cool temperature continuity), I replaced those. Works great now! I also cleaned out the vent which while it wasn't blocking anything yet, was on its way to being an issue. Videos on this site made it so easy. Parts arrived in two days and we were back drying clothes in no time.
