I did not have to replace the gaskets, but I did replace them. The spark igniter can be pulled out easily by pulling it straight up. You might need to twist it gently with a pair if nose pliers. In my case the wire connector to the igniter had corroded. I had similar connectors in my electronic tool bag. You will need heat shrink tubing, 3/16" diameter, available at Frys or Radio Shack. I cut off the corroded connector, removed about 1/4" insulation of the wire and crimped the exposed wire very carefully into the new connector. I cut about 1" of heat shrink tubing, slid it over the new connector and carefully heated it with a cigarette lighter. Unfortunately, the 1" piece was found to be too short as the spark was leaking. To solve this problem, I cut an inch and a half piece of the heat shrink tubing and shrunk it on top of the 1" one and guess what .... no spark leakage!!! Repeated that for the other three igniters, reassembled everything. I have a strong spark on all four burners now, no need for the match box.... Happy wife......... and me too. No more nagging. LOL I used new burner screws, stainless steel available at Lowes, take one old one as a sample. Happy cooking! Zia
