Andrew T Hampton , GA December 14, 2015 Coil burnt face plate cracked Thanks to APP we now have a working stove & a beautiful face plate that was NOT that hard to put in; however, the clock/temp light is dimmer but we don't care as the microwave tells time too :) Ordered and received parts within 24 hrs & DID NOT pay for expedited!
