Looked up error code online and found out that the control board needed replacing. ApplianceParts Pro showed that it was an easy fix. Ordered the part on a Sunday, it was here Tuesday. Needed a #10 star driver and a Phillips head screwdriver. Took about 30 minutes to complete.
The tricky part is getting the display out of the old section to use in the new panel.
