Removed the underneath cover then turned the dryer on and checked voltage on the heater connection and got 249V so I determined that the heat was open. Looked for the part in AppliancePartsPros.com then explained to my customer about my findings and ordered the heater. I disassembled the dryer in order to clean it up and lubricate the wheels, replaced the bad heater and put the concerning parts back together. 1h labor.
