I replaced the User Interface because the digits were no longer visible. I found a video on Youtube for the diagnostics test procedure. The actuator motor was making a noise like it was trying to close the damper but it was not closing. I removed the damper and took it apart. Turns out it had ice buildup inside the gearbox. I thawed it out and put it back together and this fixed my problem.
