Replacing the drain boot was more of a pain than a problem. The dishwasher had to be removed and flipped over. At this point everything was where it could be accessed. Quite honestly it only took about 15 or so minutes to change once the dishwasher was out. I had built it in so taking it out was more of a chore. My part got lost by the carrier and AppliancePartsPro took care of the problem very quickly once I figured out that the tracking number was dead. This is only one of many parts I have purchased from APP and I have never been disappointed.
