Sally B Smithfield , RI August 25, 2020 Dishwasher was not cleaning dishes properly top rack didn't clean at all. Check YouTube for my issue and found the video I needed. Took the dishwasher apart and was shocked by what I found. Broken glass, a large piece of broken plastic and built up garbage. Nasty! Upon taking apart the chopper, I found the back was missing a piece that held it in place on the motor. To say the least, it was easy to replace the chopper. With everything nice and clean, the new chopper, the dishwasher works like brand new. The flapper valve and the end caps were the wrong size but everything works fine without them. For the small price of less than $41.00 I'm a happy camper, Thank you also for your kindness and crediting my account for the order I canceled but was sent anyhow, Greatly appreciated!
