Our dishwasher door opened too heavy, there was only one spring on one side since we owned it. This spring obviously was stretched out so I put the model number in a search and found this website and ordered the parts I needed. Very simple to install, now the door works perfect, I thought the parts were a bit expensive though. None the less cheaper than a new dishwasher!!!!
