Went to youtube and looked up the issue there. Saw how easy it was to change out the pump. We ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com and received it in a few days. I had a harder time getting the dishwasher out of the cabinet than installing the part. After it was all put back together, we tested it and it drains again as it should.
