At first, we thought it was a union dishwasher and was on strike for better water and one of those high end dishwasher detergents.
We realized it was an electrical issue and not mechanical (or labor related).
Started with the door latch switches as those are the most frequent of problems. No joy there.
Next, we decided on replacing the main electronic board. Voila!!! That was the trick.
Including removal and re-install of the entire unit, opening up the guts, replacing said guts, and slapping it back together: 2 hours.
All parts were easy to find and shipping was fast.
And then there's that no labor charge thingie too!!!
