Joshua V Marietta , GA September 26, 2020 Appliance: Model GE GHDA696P02SS Dishwasher rollers were all failing after about 10 years. I replaced all of the rack rollers (snap off/snap on) and the upper rack rail rollers. Only the rail rollers required a screwdriver. The new part didn’t include the gaskets where it screws into the side, so I used a toothpick to pop out the gaskets from the old parts. Easy easy easy fix. Racks are rolling smoothly again.
