Harold M Plantsville , CT August 28, 2016 Dishwasher would not start door would not lock Replaced the handle and spring. It took awhile to figure out what was wrong after I got the handle out. I could not tell it was broken and I did not know the spring was missing. After I watched the repair video I relalized what was wrong. Called your talk to a pro line, she helped me order the correct parts and sent it to me in 2 days. Got the part and had the dishwasher up and running in 20 minutes. Thanks for your help and knowledge. I am sure I saved many $$$$$ by not having to call in a repair man. You guys & gals are the best. Thanks again.
