It was easy to note that the Door Latch was the problem. The repairman wanted to come in a week so I decided to try to do it myself. Ordered part and paid for one-day delivery. I needed (and had) the Torx screwdriver. Watched the film, which helped. This is the first time I ever did an appliance repair. I was very slow and careful but had no significant problems. Total success!
