I determined that the pump had gone south on us when the water did not drain and the pump got too hot to touch. I started researching parts online and came upon APP.com. Not only did they have the part but a video on a replacement. No b.s. or hype just what I needed to be shipped in a timely manner and updates too. I recently ordered some filters from an online store. I was told that the items would ship as soon as the cc cleared. Well, it went through that night. Two weeks later no filters, no email. After contacting them I was told that they did not even have the filters and that it may be another two to three weeks till I get my order.
That experience made me really appreciate how easy dealing with APP.com was I got my washer up and running quickly thanks to APP.com and they will my first choice when I need parts again.
