I was able to remove both the High-Limit thermostat (which was the main problem) and the Cycling Thermostat Assembly through the back of the dryer. I did not disassemble the entire dryer machine except the top cover but bailed on that idea when it looked too complicated and didn't match the disassembly videos. So, I removed the back exhaust pipe and was able to work from there. I saw on a YouTube video that both thermostat parts should be replaced at the same time. The total cost was $68 versus $125 for home repair insurance + parts replaced. The only difficulty I had was unscrewing and screwing the parts in due to the tub being slightly in the way. I used a LONG screwdriver instead of a stubby screwdriver, and that helped a lot. Magnetic tips are a must so the screws don't slip out of your fingers. Thanks for all the help, AppliancePartsPros.com!
