Bought the new felt pieces, drum glides, and also bought a drum bearing since it had gone bad a few years ago and I replaced it, so figured I may as well do it again while I'm in there. I also replaced the drum belt, just to be proactive. It was really simple to do.
If you just take the time to look, you can find all of the screws you need to remove to disassemble the dryer. Once you get the top panel and front panel off, the drum is easy to remove. You have to take the small cover off in the rear lower corner, and then twist the belt tensioner just far enough to get the belt off of the pulley. Then, pick the rear of the drum straight up, and the bearing will slide up out of the pocket it sits in. Once you get that out, everything else is pretty simple. There are also videos online that may help.
