The answer was found in a bit of internet searching and part discovery. I ordered the replacement Thermostat and heating element as I was not sure exactly which was out and figured I rather be safe than sorry. Watching the repair video for the heating element gave me all the knowledge I needed to disassemble my dryer to get to the parts I needed to replace. The actual replacement of the parts was easy, but I am not sure I could have done it without the repair video to show me how to get to the parts.
