I found AppliancePartsPros' video on you tube for the drum roller repair. I first replaced them and it took care of the "clunking sound on startup. Unfortunately the squeeling didn't go away. I followed the first video again and took everything apart. By hand rolling the idler pulley, I could hear the squeeling noise. I ordered the parts and decided to replace the belt while I had intake apart again. Thebparts showed up the next day which was awesome shipping time. I installed them and the dryer sounds like it is brand new again. The website and how-to videos are great. I always buy from this website and will always recommend it. My wife is a big fan too!
