I was able to find YouTube videos for similar dryers and watched several of them. I figured out what was wrong, what my model number was and ordered a part. It was a broken drive belt that needed replacement. I was not physically able to replace it but my teenage son and I were able to do it together - I directed him and cleaned everything and he laid on the floor and wiggled the belt in place. We were both pleased to have accomplished this repair ourselves. It wasn't "hard" but you have to be able to lay on your stomach and reach your arms forward and behind a motor and wiggle the belt into place blind.
