I removed the top, removed the door, removed the front of drum and removed old slides and popped in the news ones. I tore off the felt seals and glued new ones on. removed rubber door seal and popped in new one. Very straight forwards and easy. I also took the time to vacuum out the insides of everything and clean it thoroughly.
