After googling to get an idea of the problem and possible resolution, I found this website. I actually requested a live chat to see if they thought I needed both the control panel assembly and the control board. The representative felt replacing just the control panel would fix it. I received the part the next morning! I was able to change out the part by myself in about 20-25 minutes. Truly, the hardest part was getting the dishwasher door cover back on! It's held on with 2 tiny screws so it was tough holding the door in place while tightening the screws. I actually watched s YouTube video on replacing the part, however I couldn't find my exact Frigidaire model. It didn't matter. I was able to get the general idea and had no issues.
