I took apart the back where the dryer vent is and saw that the belt rubbed through the idler pulley. I used the idler tension arm replacement and a took of old one by removing the belt, then unscrewing old tensioner arm. Put new one in. Checked belt for any defects, there weren't any so I didnt need to replace belt at the time.
