I open the front panel and found a burnt resistor and relay on the clock/oven controller.
I work in the plastic extrusion, so I know about heating circuits. I checked all my heating elements for shorts and open circuits. And all those was good, so I replaced the controller and the RTD just for extra insurance. The RTD probe was only $27 I install all parts and all is good.
I do recommend ordering the face plate as well. As I did not!
