Tried to order a part number DD82-01111A A/S ASSY-CASE BRAKE This part number has been replaced by part number DD82-01373A so I ordered that. The new part arrived promptly in a bag marked part number DD82-01373A, but it did not look like my old part. I contacted one of the customer service reps and she had me check the part number on the item sent. The part that was sent was actually part number DD81-02139A X 001. Basically the wrong part in a bag that was labeled for the correct part. The rep is sending the correct part (I hope) which I have not received as yet. Even though the part was incorrectly labeled on the bag I cannot blame Appliance Parts Pros for this mistake and I must say that the customer serve rep was more than excellent in handling this problem.
