I had to take the top off the dryer, remove the control panel with a few screws and wire harnesses and remove the front panel. I scraped off the old remnants of felt seal, applied the adhesive provided and replaced the felt. I waited 24 hours before running the dryer again but only waited 6 hours or so to reassemble it.
