One of the last things I read on your site was from somebody that had a similar situation. After reading there story I decided to take a chance and buy a water pump. I replaced it which was fairly easy and ran a few loads and the problem was fixed. I also bought one insert as the machine was always off center and when I opened it up I saw the piece had broke apart. Adding this piece helped center the drum.
