After reading other comments and researching online, we determined it was the overload relay and the capacitor. The relay switch was melted and close to catching fire. We ordered the two parts and they came within two days! We looked up the video of how to install the parts and it started running again. Very happy with parts and speed of delivery. The fact that we could return parts pushed us to go ahead and order instead of calling a repairman or buying a new fridge.
