The videos provided for replacing parts specifically stated which parts would cause the dryer to not heat. There were possibly four parts. I was not confident I could test the components and determine which was defective, and ordered the four.
The parts were delivered in less than 24 hours and were the exact replacements. Access to the parts was a little different than described because of the different cabinet configuration of our dryer. Actual replacement took less than 30 minutes, the RPP videos helped a lot.
