Our Samsung gas oven was not maintaining temperature. After doing some research, it appeared that the temperature sensor was probably defective. I downloaded a service manual for my model off of the internet on where it was located & how to replace it. Also, I found a YouTube on how to test the part with my ohm meter. Once I determined that the part was indeed defective, I ordered the replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com.
