Mark G Bessemer , AL December 26, 2014 Appliance: Model GE FRONT LOAD WASHER My ge front load washer was leaking I watched your repair video on how to change the door gasket. I them disassembled the washer and realized it wasn't the gasket but a broken plastic water pipe going from the dispenser to the drum. I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros and put it back together. The total repair with shipping was less than $27.00. The parts came within 2 days. I was extremely satisfied with the website and the instructional video. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to their own repair. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
