Lift cooktop out of mount
Unscrew the 10 or so screws connecting the glass top to the base.
Unscrew the hex head screws holding the cover of the switches.
Take off the bad switch (take photos of how each is wired).
Put on new switch (using your photo as a guide for wiring).
Put screws back on.
Reinstall.
