I went on line and saw a the video on how to easily replace the pump drain assembly myself. Instead of bringing in repair person who may have charged upwards of $75-100 just to look at it then maybe another $100-200 to repair it I fixed it myself with a $64 part. It only took me about one hour to do the entire job from start to finish. The unit works great now. The only issue I have now is the system has a slight "whiny" sound to it during a certain cycle. Not sure if it's due to new pump, but I can live with sound.
