I had clogs before, so I knew this wasn't the case. When I tried the "rinse and hold" setting, the water would fill, but no sound when it tried to drain. I suspected the pump. Searching through YouTube, I found a helpful video for the GE Profile unit. In fact, the video directed me to this site for parts. It seemed simple enough to replace and I verified the part number to order. I pulled out the dishwasher, laid it on it's side, swapped the part, put it back in, and tested. It now works great and saved me $$ in a service call.
