Using the washer's diagnostic function, I identified the pump as the source of the problem. Found the part on AppliancePartsPros and the extremely helpful video showing exactly how to replace the pump. Part arrived in 2 days! Saved big $$ AND time by fixing it myself. AppliancePartsPros are great... repeat customer, and the next time any of my appliances break down I'll be back!
