I replaced the Pump Drain Assembly which fixed the leak, and the washer now empties and spins out completely every time. It took about 10-15 minutes in total. I needed a screwdriver and pliers for hose clamps and a 14mm socket for the bolts. Very quick and easy fix. I made a video of the fix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0N3y6_e-xc
