Mike R Omaha , TX February 16, 2016 My ge watercooler was broken and water was leaking on the floor we believe that drinking bottled water is more healthy than water out of our tap I looked up the part that was broken (it was the support and probe which is easily broken when 5 gallons of water (40 lbs) in a bottle hit the device the wrong way)...on Appliance Pro.....it was easy to do.....the part was in stock. I received the part in less than two days via Fed Ex. It required no tools, my wife snapped it in place....and we have water again. How Great Is That??? This repair saved us at least $100!
