Easy 10 min fix- pop the trim off to access bottom screw. This is the trim that goes around the outer face on the inside of the door. Next remove the top screw, handle is now off. Instal is opposite. Note- Inner trim is plastic, be careful when removing it. Slide a flat head screwdriver under the trim and slowly walk the flat head screwdriver around as you pop the trim off.
