For the fourth time we lost our heat cycle. When we still had a service warranty, the flood switch assembly was the problem. My handy husband attended the University of YouTube, took a chance and ordered this, with the heating element as a backup. He replaced the switch and heat cycle restored!! 1/4 inch nut driver is all that was needed.
