I ordered the heating element, thermostat, and thermal fuse just in case the element wasn't the culprit. I followed the instructional video as closely as possible. There were a few differences, but the video was still very helpful. Once the machine was opened, the part was exactly where the video said it would be.
Overall, the process took about an hour to complete. Not complicated at all.
