Checked existing inlet valve ohms, the meter didn't work correctly making me think my valve was bad. upon receipt of a new one ordered from APP, re-checked ohms found meter bad, and determined must be an issue other than my inlet valve. I then read the service bulletin about issues with pressure switch and the need for an additional 'cover' when replacing. so I just cleaned the hole to the pressure switch from the sump area with 3-4 q-tips, flushed with some extra water (turkey baster), and voila, the dishwasher has been working great (like new), no error codes, full cycles, dishes even cleaner -- for over 1 month. so moral is for Frigidaire and related dishwashers have an issue with the pressure switch, so before replacing anything, just clean the sump hole to the pressure switch (left front-most 3/16" hole in the sump on our model). Nonetheless, APP was great and super-quick on shipping will absolutely use them again.
