Steven Z Lexington , SC September 09, 2017 No ice from door dispenser one of the plastic tabs that attaches the flapper to the strike arm had snapped off Ordered the fountain repair kit and the spring. Replaced the flapper, striker, solenoid and spring as per the video on the website. Video perfectly described the repair process.
