When my wife came to me and told me our 6 month old dryer was not working (trust me you don't want to be without a good washer and dryer when you manage a motel) I got right on the phone and quickly found out that nobody understood I could not wait until after the 3 day weekend for a repair. I took the cover off the dryer and saw the belt was loose but did not have a clue of how to get at it. I checked the internet and a video from APP.com made it look so easy to repair.Following the instructions I disassembled the dryer and found it to be the Idler Tension wheel that had broken. I ordered the parts from APP.com two days later the dryer was up and running. I did not need to change the belt but thought a spare might come in handy. Thank you APP.com.
